Terms & Cancellation

1. Booking
There are two ways to book.
Book & Pay Now: You choose your tour and date on our website and pay online; your booking is confirmed immediately.
Request Your Private Day: A request is free and without obligation; your booking is confirmed when you accept our written proposal and we receive your payment.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) per tour, the same whether you book directly or through your hotel. Online bookings are paid in full (100%) at the time of booking by card. For proposals we send a secure payment link. Tickets, meals and extras are included only where stated.
3. Cancellation by you
30 days or more before the tour date: 100% refund of everything you have paid.
Less than 30 days before the tour date: 25% of the tour price is retained to cover service charges and bookings already made for your day; the rest is refunded.
Please cancel in writing by email or WhatsApp; the date we receive your message counts.
Moving your tour to another date is free once, if we can offer a new date.
4. Weather and safety
Your safety comes first. If snow, storms, road or railway closures make the route unsafe or impossible, we adapt the route or offer an alternative of similar value. If no reasonable alternative is possible and we cancel, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
5. Changes on the day
Times and stops may change because of traffic, weather or your own wishes.
6. Your responsibilities
Please be ready at the agreed pickup time, wear suitable clothes and shoes, and tell us in advance about any health or mobility needs. Child seats on request.
7. Insurance and liability
Our vehicles and passengers are insured as required by Swiss law. Travel and cancellation insurance is recommended. We are not liable for third-party services such as railways, restaurants or hotels.
8. Photos and film
You receive your edited photos for private use within 24–48 hours by private download link. We use photos of you for our marketing only with your consent.
9. Complaints
If something was not as agreed, please tell us during the tour or within 14 days at info@swissluxiors.com.
