We treat your personal data with care and in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where it applies to guests from the EU, we also follow the GDPR.
1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect
When you send a booking request or contact us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, chosen tour, date, number of guests, hotel or pickup place, occasion and any special wishes you share. When you visit the website: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare your proposal, organise your tour, send you your photos, process payment and keep the website safe. We never sell your data.
4. Photos taken on your tour
Photos and films of your day are made for you. We only use them on our website or social media with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share data with
Only partners needed for your tour (restaurants, hotels, mountain railways), our payment providers, and our website and email providers. Our website is hosted by Wix.com; WhatsApp is provided by Meta. These providers may process data outside Switzerland, including the EU and the USA, using recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Booking data as long as needed and as required by Swiss accounting law (usually 10 years for invoices). Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it: info@swissluxiors.com. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Encrypted connections (SSL) and limited access.
9. Cookie Settings
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Necessary cookies are always on so the website and booking form work. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner.
