How do I book a tour?
Two ways. Request Your Private Day: send the form or a WhatsApp and we reply with a personal proposal within 24 hours. Book & Pay Now: choose your tour and date and pay online; your day is confirmed immediately.
How can I pay?
With Book & Pay Now you pay the full tour price online by card, and your date is confirmed immediately. For a personal proposal we send a secure payment link.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 30 days or more before your tour: 100% refund. Less than 30 days before: 25% of the tour price is retained to cover service charges and bookings already made for your day; the rest is refunded.
Where do you pick us up?
At your hotel in the Zurich area. Other cities on request.
How many guests can join?
Most tours are for 2 to 4 guests; the Prestige Family Journey welcomes up to 6.
What if the weather is bad?
Every tour has a backup plan: a lower route, a lake or an indoor alternative.
Do you run tours in winter?
Yes. Winter tours are available now, in a luxury car with winter tyres and a chauffeur-host who knows the mountain roads.
Is it suitable for seniors or children?
Yes: gentle pace, easy access, more rest stops. Child seats on request.
Which languages do you speak?
English and German; other languages on request.
When do we receive our photos?
Within 24–48 hours by private download link.
